I have been a residential/business client of Storm Internet since 1991 (34 years) and their services and support have been outstanding every step of the way. I'm a moderately technical person but far from being a high tech guru in managing my home computers and laptops and dealing with the Internet and the growing number of threats. Storm Support Services have been there when I have needed them and in some cases helped dredge me out of a dark technical problem that I didn't have a clue how to solve. They always managed to get me back on-line. And a shout out needs to go to the accounting department who resolved the few issues that have arisen in those 34 years of my contractual relationship with Storm Internet Services.

I have to admit in the early days of the Internet I worried if they would continue to be my Internet Service Provider. So many of the small and medium firms were biting the dust because the competition was brutally tough. Large firms with deep pockets like Bell and Rogers were doing everything in their power but I stuck with Storm. Why? The quality of the service far surpassed the service provided by the goliaths in the industry. The reason was simple. To them you were just a number. With Storm the message was crystal clear... "You are a Valued Customer". The treated me the same as if I was one of their big accounts. They always went the extra mile and I made a lot of referrals because I kept hearing about the horror stories of dealing with some of the big firms.

The next point I would like to highlight, was fair and competitive pricing. The truth is I never checked about going to another Internet Service Supplier. I always felt Storm's offer was fair and affordable for a small business like me.

The truth is I don't know the full breath of Storm's services but based on the things I have read, Storm has been an innovator in serving all of Eastern Ontario and the Ottawa Valley, even for customers in rural, isolated areas. They are providing high-speed services to a wide-range of remote customers. In that regard I'm pretty sure they are leading the pack.

The bottom-line is this: Storm is a great company. Choose it and you won't go wrong.

Storm is a very good service for rural areas such as ours. Although our speeds are not blazing fast, that handle our needs quite well, streaming, surfing and communicating. If there is ever an issue, the service department is excellent.

I made a change from another carrier when moving to a home outside a major city. I had to purchase a receiver but the tower was close by so the reception was excellent as was the service from Storm. I moved again to a nearby small town and could only get Storm via a dsl line with Bell. Again, excellent service and anytime I have called (which in eight years has only been 3 times) and minor issues..... I read posts constantly on facebook about other carriers (Rogers, Bell, etc.) being down but I have absolutely never been without service with Storm. thank you

Great customer experience I had sent in an email request expecting email reply but actually received a phone call within a very short time. The agent was easy to understand and answered all my questions . My service plan was adjusted as promised by the following day.

I've been a Storm Internet subscriber for many years; first with their DSL service, next with their cable service, and now have bundled internet, TV and home phone with a fibre package. My reason for this is simple... Storm Internet has outstanding customer service, both responsive and friendly, year after year.

I have been with Storm since 2007. The company came highly recommended and I''m glad I chose them. Everyone I have spoken with over the years has been super helpful and friendly. Recently I had a problem when I lost Internet access. It took a lot of investigation on the part of Storm and for that I thank Gail, Suzanne and Ian. Well done everyone! In the end, the problem was with Bell (of course).

We reported issues regarding error messages we were getting. They addressed the problem and even noticed other subscribers were having the same problems! They followed up and in about 2 wks it was cleared up!

Storm has been our IPS since 1996. While we have upgraded a few times over the years and have had some interuptions (always due to infrastructure issues), Storm's customer service has always been responsive and effective. I would firmly recommend the services of Storm.
