I've unfortunately had to deal with the woman that answers the phone and schedules the appointments on a few occasions. Very rude, condescending and should NOT be in this line of work. The technician that has come out to do the work (his name was Cody, I think) has been very pleasant and professional.

Dreadful customer service. When I first called no one answered phone. Called again and was told someone will get back to me. Next day someone called .Very rude person. Would not listen to instructions. Kept talking over me and repeating own assumptions of what I needed. Talked down to me as if I was a huge bother to deal with. I hung up on her. I do not need to be insulted.

I couldn’t resolve internet issue with XPlornet over the phone. Stewart Satellite sent out a technician ASAP. The technician who came did a very thorough inspection and tuning of our satellite hardware from top to bottom. He went heads down for an hour and signal strength went from 20 to over 100. Back up and running. Very professional. Top job. Thanks!

Avoid this company at all cost and that old lady that answers the phone is absolutely horrible and not a people person.These people install my dish on my garage and now that it needs service they won’t go up on the garage

Call for assistance they will b happy to help you out the markdale warehouse is closed to the public but they will come to you
