From the first call to delivery of TV all has been wonderful. Technician (expert) was excellent, very patient with Techy Granny and Grampy. The Frame is everything I dreamed it would be.

I had previously mounted my 75" TV on a fixed bracket but the TV was never quite level. The basic bracket had no adjustments and when you needed to get access to the inputs on the back it meant removing the 75 lb TV which wasn't easy. I called Station Earth and Andy Briski recommended a swing out bracket that would work well with my set up. Today Nick and Zack came out, removed the TV and existing bracket from the wall and installed the new one. When the TV was remounted, it didn't quite clear the centre channel speaker so they quickly corrected it by adjusting the new bracket up and inch or so. All cables were neatly tucked away and they made sure the TV was level and centered in the space. The guys vacuumed up any mess from their drilling and left my family room in great condition. I know this was quite a simple installation compared to other work they do but I was made to feel like a valued customer. Thanks Andy
