I do not recommend the print services. The copy lead was not friendly, helpful, or explanatory. I ordered funeral booklets and they came out disgraceful, I did not take them and got a full refund. I also ordered photos online and when I went into the store to pick them up, the printer was not working and so again another refund. The whole experience caused stress and frustration. Save yourself from this and print things elsewhere.

Very disappointing recent experience. Store appears to be very understaffed. Almost all the office furniture has no tags or price on them. Store had limited staff and it was requested that I get SKUs from the website to provide staff to be able to tell me what's available and pricing. I was told there is no staff available to assist me in the store and only one staff available at the checkout counter.

Don't waste your time here. There is never any staff around to assist customers. If you do happen by miracle to find someone to help you, they have very little training, knowledge and expertise in customer service. At this rate the Cranbrook Staples will be shut in no time due to lack of sales. Buy what your looking from Amazon.

The lady that helped me at my arrival was lazy and lousy, had to ask for the manager who came and answered the questions I had, the only reason I didn't leave was because Canada post was on the strike and I needed an SSD Card, that's why I rather order on line the brick and Mortar workers make it easy to do so with the sucky attitude.

Waited to get help. One person finally started to help me. They seemed disinterested and passed me off to another person. This person was busy helping another customer. Turns out the first person was an assistant manager. Left after waiting 15 minutes for help. The assistant manager is in the wrong business if she is not motivated to help customers find items to purchase in the store.
