I booked an appt that was slated for 3 hours. I waited for 3 hours and was told the job was not completed and I would have to book another appt that would take “an hour”. I booked for my lunch hour the next day. 15 minutes past the hour mark, I checked the location of my vehicle and it was 25 minutes away, stopped on an off ramp. What I was told would take 3 hours took nearly 5. I was late back to work. I was told “Subarus are difficult”. If this is true, appts should be booked for as many hours as are actually required.

Pick the top-rated glass repair shop(kempt rd); it truly deserves the high rating. I went there on Dec. 3 around noon, and a nice lady with blonde hair helped me. She is one of the best, with a lot of passion, and gave me helpful advice. I will definitely come back if I have any issues with my car’s glass. Highly recommend!

I went in one afternoon and I had an appointment for the next morning, which they did on time and were even done earlier than they said they would be. The staff was amazingly, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience.

I have had to replace my windshield twice in the past 4 years and both times I went to this Apple Auto Glass location. On my last visit they fit me in the day that I called. They are courteous and professional and communicate well during the repair to keep you apprised of the progress. I would highly recommend this business.

Top marks on the spot last minute service. Had my window replaced six months ago by them (happy then too)and barley used car since but had a small issue this summer when I started driving again They said bring it over and Damon instantly came out and fixed it. Can’t get better service then that. Good employee attitude and management culture to make sure things get done right. Worth my time to review and highlight excellence in business. Earned my future business too

Absolutely incredible service,. Had a power window, drivers side that malfunctioned.the window dropped,so was completely open to the elements.
Phone call at about 730am,spoke with Meagan who got me in at 830am.
Lady who I understand is a trainer pulled the WINDOW up a d taped it.also told me what I needled to do next.
