Shawn, from Southern Alberta Satellite was prompt, very efficient and professional while doing work on our Xplore Satellite System. He went above and beyond what we had expected for service. He was great at communicating when our work order appoinment would be scheduled. We would absolutely get Shawn to do any future repairs or service to our satellite system!

I contacted Southern Alberta Satellite to point my satellite dish to the right coordinates to get TV reception after having its location disturbed due to our roof being re-done. The service was done quickly and efficiently and it took the technician less than 30 minutes to have our TV channels back on. We were really impressed with their service.

Very bad with communication, ( I made an official complaint with my service provider). They missed two appointments (each day I missed work) and they showed up early like 6:30am early with no notice (each day was told if they can make it they will make it, I even asked what day and time if they can’t and was ignored). And the tech acted like he waited really long he ignored my elderly mother and myself and drove away(we both went outside). Anyways he did come back and his work only lasted a week. And now I find out they’re the only ones who work with the tech installed at my house.
The tech guy once he stared to work blame me that I mixed up the cords why the wifi was not working. That was not why it wasn’t working. I’m not and idiot. And now his work only lasted a week I have to wait till October 5 for them to “fix” the issue. I have a big family and know lots of members in my community and I’ve let them know not to use this company.
And I know it cause I made the official complaint why they’re taking and going to take long to come “fix” the WiFi.
I called my service provider when it went out not just today when I post this. And they’re using thanksgiving as the reason why it’s going to take so long. I found this out today when I called my service provider to see why no one showed up yet.
