Most of the positive reviews here appear to be written by job seekers — not actual clients or employees with long-term experience.

Ask yourself: what kind of company promises to "train you to become a boss in one year"? That’s not realistic, and it’s a common red flag seen in questionable sales schemes.

The company raises multiple concerns. For a place that calls itself a “sales agency,” not a single review clearly explains what they actually sell, or which clients or brands they work with.

Additionally, they ask for sensitive personal information (like SIN numbers) too early in the process, before a formal job offer is made. This is highly suspicious and a potential red flag for scams.

If you’re a job seeker, be cautious. Do your research and don’t be misled by flashy promises of fast money or titles. Legitimate companies are transparent about their operations — this one isn’t.

Scam company running under different names (check “elite marketing and sales” and their reviews on google). I went through 2 interviews (1 online and 1 in person) and they called me for the “orientation” straight away after my second interview. Before the orientation even started, they gave us this document to fill (asking for SIN and other personal details) and when I asked them if I can fill it in and give it after seeing the contract, I was sent out and on my way. Anyone looking to work here, please just go through the lowest reviews of “elite marketing and sales” on google and you will see what I am talking about. It’s 100% a scam. 🚩🚩🚩

Having the time spent working with the owner of the business. He feels more like a partner who’s willing to hear you out. Taking the time address any issues you may have while working.

The environment that has been created has been definitely refreshing to see.

Although only working with the team for just a few weeks. I’ve noticed the sales have improved through out the team. Being able to immerse myself in the daily lessons taught through the leaders of the business give direct, one on one coaching. Which I find beneficial for growth.
