After weeks of my father-in-law going to get his dentures made and fitted, I can for sure tell you that quality of poorly done, and the lack of professionalism that I have been informed of is not good. His dentures are not fitted properly and the creation of the his dentures are atrocious. If you are looking to get yours done, please go somewhere else and anywhere else!!!

Where to begin. Lets start with what matters most, the denture. Even after completely redoing the top (not for free) because of messing up the job entirely i am developing jaw problems and need to buy new (out of pocket because of our awesome govt insurance) or face long term jaw problems. Other denturists i have gone to try and fix have been collectively shocked at the lack of quality. Not suprising when the denturist says things like 'dentures are a guessing game' or 'i dont look at or take measurements'. I have never before met anyone who cares less about their job, do yourself a favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE! Also gotta love they called me less than 2 hours before i went to get them and told me my insurance didnt go thru so i needed to bring x extra more dollars. Of course they had just entered my info wrong but they wouldnt even CHECK until i insisted, and then it wasnt 'im sorry sir' just a 'huh it worked.'. I cant beleive this place calls itself a 'professional' clinic.

I brought my 82 year old dad into this denture clinic, after an entire year of him complaining that his dentures where constantly hurting and and causing sores on his gums, they refused to do any thing to help him, they told him that it was no longer their problem as the one year warranty had run out and they didn’t need to concern themselves with him. As a Registered dental assistant for the last 10 years I have never seen a dental office that is so unprofessional and uncaring, I would never recommend anyone taking their elderly or any person for that matter to this disgusting lack of respect to a man that paid over $13,000 to have a self respecting smile for the remainder of his days. I say shame on you, the ADA would love to know of your crooked business and lack of respect to your patients
