We are a multi-nation company with a local presence of 50 staff. Downtime and technical issues with email, etc. is not an option for us. We've been using Smartt for our business services for 15+ years and the service has been rock solid. Smartt is always transparent in updating us about any upgrades and enhancements to the service.

Our hosting company has been using Smartt as our colocation provider for 14 years now. Their service has been outstanding - every aspect has been run with extreme professionalism. There has been an absolute minimum of downtime over the years and in the few cases where outages took place (which I can count on one hand), Smartt's staff were efficient and competent at their side of the process: troubleshooting the problem, identifying where the issue is so it can get fixed ASAP (usually in these things the issue is external/upstream), working with their vendors to fix it, and - most importantly - communicating clearly with customers both during the incident and afterwards. It is this attention to detail and process that sets Smartt above many other providers out there. If you are looking for a technology partner you can trust to be competent, knowledgeable and professional then Smartt is an excellent choice!

We have some rack space set up in Smartt's Colocation / Data Centre for several years now. This was set up to assist with Disaster Recovery options for an Architectural Design Firm, and has worked out well.

Pretty much no downtime, and Smartt is always giving notice of maintenance windows or upgrades. Their onsite support is responsive, and willing to assist with a physical hand / eyes if needed.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Smartt for their COLO services or even exploring their other hosting services and internet. Many years ago, I was an early customer of Smartt, and it was great to re-establish the relationship again!

I have been with smartt for the good part of a decade now. I’ve always been very happy with the service. Being a “dinosaur” and not as tech savvy as some of the younger people who work for me, I’ve always appreciated their tech support department and their ability to execute changes in a quick and proficient manner.
