When it comes to ALL the staff at the Shellbrook Clinic, my own personal experiences have been nothing but great.
They are respectful, and caring, and have shown compassion when I needed it.
They have also gone out of their way to help me when, again, I need it.

Waiting for an opening can be somewhat frustrating, I'll agree to that, but when you're as busy as the Shellbrook clinic is with trying to squeeze lots of appointments for everyone that wants to come in on a daily basis, well i'm sure it can be a challenge for the staff.

Just remember, they're doing their best.
Be polite, and you'll recieve the same in turn.

Delt with a very rude front desk lady, Again..!I don’t go to this clinic often, but when I need to I can NEVER get in, and the front desk lady’s are ALWAYS so very Rude! . Has happened to me and Many people I know who have went here! Very sad. Specially coming from a clinic! There are also never no doctors available. But that’s Shellbrook for you! You are better off driving to the next town or city over if u needing anything! Or waiting at the hospital

Took 2.5 weeks to get an apt. The day of the apt, the clinic called and said Dr was away for the week. They wanted to make me an apt for another 3 weeks down the road. 5.5 weeks to see the Dr about something important.. 3 weeks was the best they could offer? Wow

Can't get in to see your Doctor or even a phone call from your Dr. I beleive we need a Walk in clinic here in Shellbrook.
