Session spin studio has such a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Their instructors are always willing to help you get set up properly on your bike, to make sure you have a great spin experience. And the music is great - so many theme rides !!

I attended my first spin class last week! Aletta was so helpful with getting my bike set-up and ensuring I felt comfortable and ready before class started. I have been attending Session since I moved to CR in October 2022. I genuinely enjoy going almost every day. I was a beginner to spin and felt very welcomed. It’s now one of my favourite types of workouts to date. All the staff are welcoming and Aletta is always finding ways to make things fun!

Clean facility that has everything you need for your spin class. Awesome instructors that push you with encouragement but also remind you that you can go at your own pace, no judgement. Love that these classes are included in a monthly unlimited membership with the yoga studio. You can change up your week or book the same classes, your choice.

Spin classes always seemed intimidating to me, but the staff and instructors at Session are so welcoming! I no longer have to amp myself up to go to class, I actually look forward to them! If you're looking for more than just a workout, I'd highly recommend joining the community at Session.
