Sarah S does an AMAZING job cutting my hair. I have had so many bad experiences with stylists cutting my hair badly, but she cuts my hair and bangs so beautifully. I absolutely recommend her 🙂

Very qualified and experienced staff. Very clean and welcoming, it's always a positive environment. My stylist is fantastic but if I mention her I may never get in, she's already very popular. (You know who you are.)

I just got married June, 4 2022 and I was recommended Sarah S and Serendipity by a friend and it was clear why she was so highly recommended! Not only is Sarah a lovely person to spend time with her skill is unmatched. She took the time to do a few trial with me to insure everything was all set for the big day, and come the wedding day she outdid even herself. My hair looked incredible and held up all day, in the wind the rain and throughout all the dancing! But not only did she do my hair Sarah and another woman "T" transformed the hair of my 4 bridesmaids, giving each of them the unique look they were hoping for. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a hairstyles, and I would use her again for any other events at the drop of a hat!

The only reason I’m giving this low review is because their “independent stylist” that I’ve seen at other locations was careless and over confident and butchered my hair with colouring When I went back to see @Ashligrey to get it corrected her herself forgot that I was coming and she was doing the owners hair at the same time. The owner made comments about how she wouldn’t care …….about my reasons to return and get it corrected…( major colour bleed) which is unfortunate.
@ashiligrey has potential but doesn’t invest in her clients.

This is a great hair salon. I've been getting my hair cut here for about a year now and I've had my hair cut and styled by both of the Sarahs. They've both done a wonderful job of cutting my hair as requested. I would highly recommend either of them for people with short hair. The salon is always well maintained and making an appointment online is super easy. No complaints here.

Serendipity is the most perfect salon filled with some real talented stylist's in Fort Langley! I can not recommend their expertise enough. They carry the best products like Davines and are always up to date on the latest trends and techniques.
