According to David, the price was coming in too low on their system while attempting an early upgrade. After spending 30 minutes of him trying to get a cost increase for another 2 year contract, I walked out. Sasktel called me for the appointment, not the other way around. Sasktel can thank David for a lost customer. For the first time in my life, I will go with another provider after that experience.

They sold me a Broken iPhone 16 and refused to give me my money back. Even went as far to say I probably didn’t buy it there. Straight up racial profiling since I got there. Horrible place, buy elsewhere.

Very very horrible experience. I just needed a simple SIM card for daughter phone and the fella that I couldn’t understand was trying to sell me a whole phone. I tried to explain I just need SIM card swapped out. And by the end of it I had 3 employees around me trying be ignorant even the manger. I would give these horrible people a dime. I drive all the way from Lloyminster to grab it too. I can tell these workers are very ignorant and rude. Sask tell needs to fire these 3 workers. Every other service provider sells SIM cards and allows you to hook it up yourself NOT SaskTel. I give this store in North battleford Sask a zero. The lady even sucked her lips at me. lol

The customer service here was beyond terrible. They told me one thing and charged me for something completely different on my account, and they were arrogant towards me the entire time. A few days later I decided to return the device I purchased and they were only more ignorant at that point. I spoke to 3 employees in total and they were all very unprofessional, disrespectful and flat out rude. I’ve been with Bell for the past two years and thought I’d give Sasktel another chance but after this experience I went straight back to Bell after my visit here. If you’re considering which company to deal with, go with Bell. Their plans are so much better plan wise, as well as price wise. Not to mention their customer service is excellent at Bell and they are always friendly to their customers.

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. $65 150 speed internet. The salesperson made it seem as if he was giving me a special deal. Telling me its normally 75 but for me he was gonna make it 65 just for me. The dishonesty was disappointing, no need to lie or mislead to get a sale. Will avoid going here again.

Staff were great, super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get me and my wife's cell phones upgraded in an hourish - transferred all the information over, got us cell phone cases, installed screen protectors, explained the difference between apple care vs phone insurance. Made the transition to a new phone super easy!
