I am writing this review a little late and on behalf of my sister! At the end of Nov she went in here asking about engraving something for her boyfriend's birthday. It was short notice, and she had a newborn baby with her. They worked with her to decide on engraving a golf club. The woman helping her was named Andrea. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the help Andrea provided. She went above and beyond to help, she even went out and personally picked up the golf club from another store only to save my sister from hauling the newborn around to do so! Such amazing service, but really just a kind gesture! The golf club engraving came out great, and they were very happy with the product! They even rushed to have it done in time for his birthday, even though originally it was going to be finished after! Highly recommend!

I recently had my golf cart wrapped and they did an absolute perfect job. Working with the staff to create the design and the turnaround time of getting the work done was quick and easy.

We have had nothing but issues with this company. They did not have product ready on the date of our event and the quality of the product they did have ready was terrible. The logo appears wrinkled and has started peeling after only being worn once. I would highly advise anyone reading this to choose a different company.

Rhonda is a fantastic sales rep. Had a really great experience with ordering sweaters and shirts through her. She responded quickly and was always eager to answer the million questions I had. When I arrived to pick up my order a bunch of employees came to help load my car. All were friendly and eager to help!

However, the receptionist could put a smile on her face and be a bit more friendly especially considering she’s the first person you see when you arrive in the store front. If it wasn’t for her there would be 5 stars on this review.

Got a couple Goalie Masks done by Sapphire Creative, just gave an idea and let them do it and it turned out way better than I could have ever expected. I will definitely be getting more done, easy to deal with and The Owner is an amazing guy and I appreciate everything they have done for me. Can't recommend them enough.

Worst customer service. Today we had a really bad experience dealing with front desk lady that had blunt type of hair cut with grey hair dont know her name.
She has a attitude that is really bad towards customer not only attitude it smells of racisim out from her way of speaking . I mean even in todays world it still exists thats insane.
Dont know if she is owner or she is working for the company but it was really bad when she treated and gave a look like that.
Before going in I called and started conversation with *Good morning* instead of replying with same she said WHAT , i repeated again same answer came back with addition that do u need something .
My concern is that why is customer who comes for getting service be treated like this. Mr Owner Do customers who give business be treated like this,I mean judged on basis of way they look or origin.If she is owner I know I can't do anything but if she is employee , employer needs to give some training to her about being calm and respective to customers.....

Shout out to Pat and Rhonda. Pat has always come through under pressure to get things done quickly for us and with an amazing product. I like to give him ideas on what I am looking for and he creates something amazing everytime. We get trophies, plaques, clothing and medals and they have never disappointed! Highly recommend for any of your needs. Super friendly and helpful in any request.
