We live in a condominium complex in Corunna ON, we have had a few different condo management companies unfortunately. Sapphire is by far the best we have had. They are always in communication with owners regarding changes or issues. Sharing vital information is first and foremost. As a board member I find them fair and willing to help when needed. Each and every member of the management team has always been friendly and supportive.
I would recommend Sapphire to anyone looking for a management company for their condominium complex.

Absolutely atrocious service.
I've dealt with a number of condo management corps and this company, Sapphire, as well as Denise's previous company, Lionsheart, are by far the worst of them. They are so unbelievably disorganized, unprofessional, and unqualified that I don't understand how they can possibly manage a single property let alone multiple condominiums.
If the 2024 AGM was any indication of their abilities, we should have gotten out immediately. We gave the benefit of the doubt but their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, poor business processes (that border on illegal), and all the other nonsense we dealt with was never-ending. This company is a liability. I'm sure it is only a matter of time before they change business names again.
We sold our condo as soon as we could so that we can be sure we do not fall victim to their continued mismanagement and suffer further financial labilities at their faults.

Denise and her staff are extremely helpful and committed to ensuring our community is run smoothly and that our financial services are being managed properly. Sure there have been a few hiccups but any minor issues have been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I have no problem recommending them for any properties that are in need of a new management team.

This company has displayed a disturbing amount of financial illiteracy. The owner Denise is horrendous at communication with residents. This company has requested $700,000+ to be paid out by the owners of a downtown Sarnia building, for “repairs” that are not verified and there has been no communications to the residents about this prior. I believe they are completely incompetent at managing the assets, and they are completely incompetent at dealing with any property of this scale. I believe they are up to something fishy but I can’t prove what yet.

This is a company with approx 3 employees that absolutely has no business trying to run a whole condominium.

Not only are they requesting that the owners pay this amount before January 30th, she (Denise McAsey) has been vague about the whole thing. Given that the Seaway Centre is in much worse condition than when she came on board, I am confused about what they are even supposed to be doing. The long term health and wellbeing of our entire BUILDING is at stake because of what is going on — the least she could do is tell people what is going on.

This company withdrew an extra $700 from my account with my condo fees February 2nd. I am not the only resident who this was done to. It has taken 25 days and counting for them to rectify this matter. As of Feb 27th the money has still not been returned to me.
