Lit confortable et tranquillité. MAIS, nous avons dû faire changer les draps qui étaient tachés, Sur la table de chevet, il y avait un rouleau autocollant avec des poils et des cheveux ce qui laisse croire que les draps n'avaient pas été changés. Cour arrière délabrée et réception mal propre. Que dire du petit déjeuner INCLUS servi dans un endroit exigu ou tout le monde se sert dans la nourriture dans le frigo. Pas de café de fait. Pas de personnel sur le plancher.

Assez confortable et propre mais pas de verre pour boire disponible autres que les verres à café. Ils ne parlent pas Canadien (Anglais et Français ) seulement Brittano-Colombien (Anglais ) Ils ont un chargeur pour voiture électrique ! !!

This hotel is basic and outdated, but comfortable bed and linen.|The room (no. 9) could do with a bit of modernising, even just the doona cover would have made a difference. |The furniture is all mis matched and had no logical placement. |The lighting wasn’t great either. 2 lamps, one that looked around 50 years old. |There are no PowerPoint in the bathroom which is very inconvenient frustrating.|My husband said the mattress felt like it had a divot in it. It probably needs to be turned over or replaced.|The other rooms on the website look a lot nicer than room 9.|My first impression was “holy crap what have I done booking this hotel”… |I’m usually the one who books the up market hotel rooms with modern facilities and views so this was a very big shock to me!… but I got through it! |I rushed to book as we arrived in town and my husband had a headache and just wanted to lie down and he was already annoyed we hadn’t booked anywhere. |The backyard area is atrocious. The pool is out of use, grass is overgrown and junk everywhere. |It’s on a main road so it was quite busy but we managed to sleep well. |This town is really just a stop over, so I didn’t mind for 1 brief stay on the way to Whistler. We passed through Kamloops but decided to keep driving so we had less of a drive to Whistler on the next day. Kamloops has a lot more options and nicer accommodation if you prefer a big town.|The gentleman who checked me in was lovely and friendly and great customer service skills. |It was very cheap too $129CA, so you get what you pay for.

Terrible customer service. I was charged twice for one night. Stayed for a week. Paid cash for the first 6 days. Never received any new towels or soap or coffee or anything for that matter. Never was asked if I needed clean sheets or towels. When I called to get a refund for my duplicate charge she told me I was wrong and that didn't happen.

Great service checking in. Beds and bathroom were average. When I checked under the bed there was tonse of dirt and dust bunnies as well as a few old french fries. Would stay again if the rooms were properly cleaned for the price you pay.

I stayed here one night passing thru -- the front desk lady was nice -- she even price matched. However the room was just terrible. The shower had a half door and so the water flooded out on to the bathroom floor -- the bathroom ceiling and walls had mold and there were cobwebs in corners as if no one had bothered to dust.

first off...smallest room ever. went to put my warm water into the mini fridge and the fridge was super warm...ok so i turned it up threw my water inside and proceeded to unpack my stuff and hit the hay. an hr or so i am ready for bed, i check my water and its still warm actually warmer than when i threw it in. so i presumed the fridge was broken because it was still warm the next morn. oh and did i mention u may as well forget about hot water...there was none...i mean none. the shower was the weirdest set up ever with no water guard for the water to stay inside. it was quite bizzare...mayb we should of stayed at the Bates hotel just down the hwy further from this one...lol. bed was comphy tho but room was so not worth 145 dollars.
