My silon and I traveled from Ontario to see friends for the long weekend here and stayed at the Ross Inn for a week away. Tara, the owner was the sweetest and went above and beyond telling me of all the little things this cute town has to offer. We stayed at the west end of town in the new renovated rooms. They were clean, comfortable and offered REAL COFFEE!! It was perfect for all of our needs during our stay.Tara checked on us to make sure we had everything and reminded me that if we needed anything to just call. It really was a great feeling to have her attentive like that. They care about their property's and it shows..
Our next trip out west (next summer) we will definitely be booking for here again. Thank you Tara for your hospitality and kindness.

I was traveling the province for work and was on my way home (From Yorkton to Martensville) when the weather turned bad. It was dark, windy, wet, blowing snow, couldn't see the road lines anymore. I didn't feel safe driving at this point. I pulled into Lanigan and thankfully, there was a room available.
I didn't have an overnight bag or anything with me and everything besides a gas station was closed by then. The lady who owns the hotel even offered me a night shirt to sleep in!
The room was clean and cozy, comfortable bed, lots of pillows options, decent rates.
The owners actually care about the property, and it shows.
Gotta love these small town moteks
9.5/10. Would definitely recommend.

We booked a room on a very short notice and Tara did her utmost best to accommodate us. The facility may lack the bells and whistles of a 5 star hotel but the amazing services that Tara and her staff extended to us more than made up for those. We’ll see you again next time we pass by the area. Thanks 🤗🤗

We stayed here on Christmas night and our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. The floors had gravel on them not vacuumed and the bathtub had dirt and dust and hair in it. 🤮also the sink was not cleaned and had hair in it. One thing the beds looked clean thank god. It was very late when we arrived so did not wake up the owner to complain. The door was difficult to lock and unlock. I would not recommend staying here.

Sure nice to see a friendly face and warm clean room to lay your head in the middle of a SK storm! Promptly plowed us a way out when we felt comfortable to hit the road again!
