After reading reviews and speaking to Jen I looked forward to getting my haircut by Ashley. First appt. was R/S for childcare reasons, second appointment was doing childcare-and when her son came up she ended the haircut abruptly and I never had a chance to get the length of my hair cut. Not an old school formal stylist who checks in about the cut--none of that. Very stylist centred. I have gotten my haircut all over canada and the US and this is the most I have ever paid for a half done 25m haircut. Disappointing. The bare minimum.. Had to get my hair cut elsewhere right after.

Jen and the ladies are awesome! My colour is awesome and great advice is given. The one picture isn't a good shot of Mr but shows the colour really well. Love my finished hair!!!!! Oh and we always have a good talk!!!!

Amazing group of ladies - Jenn really does go the extra mile with service and customer satisfaction! When I first started going here my hair was burnt and over stressed Jenn put a plan in play and know my hair is healthy and looks and feels fantastic !

Absolutely the best experience ever! The place has a very calming vibe to it. Jen listened to what I had to say and made some great suggestions . All the staff was friendly and fun!. Will definately be back to try out some spa treatments and of course my hair!
