I had my first support session with Arya from Roomvu, and I must say it was a great experience! I was having some trouble with passwords, a common issue, I am sure, but Arya was incredibly patient and helped me work through everything step by step. He made sure I understood what needed to be done, and we still had time to go over the system afterward. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire session. I am very pleased with the level of customer service he provided.

I had an outstanding experience today setting up my social media accounts with Armando. We had 30 minutes to accomplish quite a lot, and we finished the job. Armando was able to answer all of my questions and he pushed the meeting along at a good pace with very little chit chat and he did so politely. You have a good one there. I should mention that every person I have worked with at Roomvu has been completely competent and helpful. If you were publicly traded, I’d buy stock. I am very impressed so far. If the service is as good as your staff I know I’ll be pleased.
