Disconnected my internet as I moved where they don’t provide service and received a bill for the time I used the service until the day I disconnected it with my auto payment on which was fine, a few days later I received another bill for almost double what the previous payment was for the next month with my auto payment now turned off and the payment was from when I disconnected into the month of December which I obviously wouldn’t be using they’re services, I also sent my modem out a couple days after I called for the disconnection,

Do not use shaw. Worst service, have had my internet go down 6 times in 2 years. Each time it takes a tech 3-8 days to show up, if they show up. Our internet have been super spotty for 2 weeks, Sat around this morning for 2.5 hours, tech didn't show. They won't let me cancel my service because of 2 year contract. Even though they are not upholding their end of the contract by not providing me with the services that I am being charged for. Try to speak to a supervisor to find out why the tech didn't show and no one has an answer. Stuck with no internet and no one to fix it but still charged for it. Go with telus for $30 cheaper a month

Worst service ever. Shaw is seriously okay with their customers not recieving their internet, but still paying for their services. Shaw has failed to set up my internet for the month meaning I have to go a month without my services. And after even talking to several rude employees hanging up on me, giving me attitude etc, they refuse a month credit even though I've been a customer for 3 years and have never been late on an payment. I wish I could cancel my services for good as I feel they have the worst customer service and I'm not a happy customer, but they make you pay hundreds of dollars in cancelation fees.
Get telus while you can.

Can’t provide service when issues arise. Decided to disconnect as they can’t provide service. They charged me $671.98 to my account for the two receivers. They really don’t care about their customers even though you have been with them for 12 years. Customer service has gotten really bad since they merged with Rogers

Had canceled my services beginning of February and my final bill was due March 1st. February 24th I get a letter in the mail from a collection agency stating payment is due immediately and the amount owing was $100. Ill never deal with shaw for anything again. Over priced services that don't work 3/4 of the time. That's why Telus will eventually take over your garbage services!
