I was stopping in Banff and on my way out had to stop here. As I walked up the stairs, I followed the music and knew I was entering a great space. It is bright, and the lady who helped get me settled today (Adrienne)was even brighter! I was attending the spin class taught by Jake, he was absolutely fantastic. I have been to places in Edmonton, Vancouver, Calgary, and Lethbridge, and Jake is by far superior. He is a hidden gem that is worth seeking in the mountains. The space was clean, it has private change rooms, bathrooms, lockers, and a shower. I have yet to try the other classes, but after this amazing first impression, I will for sure be back.

In addition to spinning, RockCycle provides a fantastic variety of strength, wellness, personal training, and TRX classes. Great class! A little too much standing in the saddle for my liking but the class gave me a good sweat and the music was perfect for giving me the energy I needed

Beautiful new space and so much fun! My instructor Chloe was amazing and kept the class going easily while she popped off her bike to ensure I was okay when my foot popped off the peddle!! Lots of bathrooms, shower, and locker space!

This was my first ever zumba class and it was great taking Ana’s Zumba classes. She has such a positive vibe, energy and amazing selection of music. You just feel like moving to the beat, even if you have never taken Zumba classes before! And her smile is contagious!!! Thank you Ana . Wish we have more classes of zumba at Rock cycle.
