I recently purchased a 2018 F-150 from Bruce at Roblin Ford. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience, he accommodated me in any way he could to make the sale very enjoyable. I had a couple small issues after the purchase and Bruce and the dealership helped without question. This dealership still has a small town feel with integrity, very hard to find these days. When you go in for an oil change and tire rotation you should just pay for that !!!! The diff gear oil you added was not authorized by me ,so in fairness I shouldn't have
had to pay 50 bucks for a half litre of gear oil !!!!,but of course
me it's a small town ,it's a small town !!!

We were far from home with truck trouble. We asked if Roblin Ford would look at the truck and fix what needed doing. CAA towed the truck there and to work they went. We made it home with different transportation. The folks at Roblin Ford kept us updated on our truck and let us know when it was ready to pick up. They were very thorough explaining what they did and the repair bill was reasonable. Thank you for helping us out when we broke down far from home.

Great service dept, great sales dept both are always willing to go the extra mile to make the vehicle ownership experience a good one. Had warranty issue with Ford Canada and Keith was willing to pay for it, i fought with Ford and they ended up covering it, but the gesture from Keith was greatly appreciated. Wont go anywhere else to buy my vehicles.
