This is a wonderful family run RV Park just out of Saskatoon.
The grounds are spotless, the showers are free and the washers and dryers are two dollars each.
There is a Petro-Can gas station next door as well as 50 Shots Sports Bar and Grill, a liquor store, a small pizza shack and the town of Langham.
This is one of the nicest, well maintained, cleanest and friendliest parks we have stayed in.
There is a small playground for the kids, lots of small birds and gentle breezes to keep the flies away.
We would have no problem returning here at $240 a week for a 50 amp pull through spot.

This RV Park in Langham, SK is a quiet and wonderful park. The grounds are very well maintained. The bathrooms are super clean. Right off Hwy 16, we couldn't hear the traffic. We would definitely stay there again.

without any doubt, the very best rv park we have visited in the last 5 years. the owners and hosts were very helpful, friendly and caring folks and their parks shows it. their park is very clean, manicured, and well organized. they have no office so a reservation is a must and their system works well. your name will be on the board at the main entrance and once you are set up, the owner will come to your site to welcome you. very pleasant way of checking in, no stress at all. we will be back

This is a beautiful RV park. Matured trees, spacious, well maintained! Very clean washroom s with free hot showers, you schedule a time for coin operated laundry and dryer machines. There is a small dog park for your pet. All this for a very reasonable fee. There is also a gas station, liquor store and bar all in walking distance.

This park in our opinion was one of the best parks that we have ever stayed in! It was beyond clean and the grounds are so well maintained with each site having beautiful thick green grass.

This RV park is a short 20 minute drive west of Saskatoon and its probably the nicest and most well maintained RV park that we’ve ever stayed at. I don’t have one complaint or criticism of this park and it deserves a 6 stars out of 5 rating. The owners built this park 25 years ago and their pride of ownership is very evident everywhere you look. Our large and level pull-through site was big enough to park our 40’ coach with our full size truck still in tow. Maneuvering thru the park into and out of our site was a breeze. The landscaping in the entire park is immaculate with large beautiful shade trees, lush green grass, cement sidewalks, lamp posts, and plenty of space between sites. Individual 50 amp power pedestals, city water and sewer was available at each site. There is a wash house available to those staying in the park with separate men’s and ladies bathroom and shower facilities. A laundry area was also available in the wash house and the bathrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. This RV park is a short distance off the highway and you can hear a bit of traffic noise from time to time but it was minor and you didn’t notice it after a while. I very much appreciated the peace and tranquility this RV park had to offer. This is clearly not a party spot or suitable for people who feel they have the right to make all the noise they want all hours of the night and day. By 10 PM you could hear a pin drop which was appreciated by all. There are many full-timers staying here and we found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming to people just passing thru. The cost per night of staying here is quite low compared to what most RV parks charge for far less quality and fewer amenities. Our reason for visiting the area involved daily commutes to Saskatoon and Dalmeny. There are RV parks closer to the city but this park was very well worth a little extra driving. We highly recommend this RV park and will definitely stay here again!
