Revolution made all the difference, and was the last piece to the dream team that made my project a huge success. Luke, Cohen, and Kim helped make everything run smoothly. We needed extra gear for my keyboardist, and they had it. We needed recorded sound AND live sound, they were able to accommodate. They worked seamlessly with my engineer and producer and the 18-piece band to get the sound we were looking for. This recording is of the utmost importance to my future, and they helped us pull it off with professionalism and style. Super-highly recommend!

My band, Big Smoke Brass, spent a day recording at Revolution, and we were blown away by the space and quality of recording we were able to do. It was a super smooth session, and the tracks we recorded are sounding world class - even before mixing!

My ensemble, Solidaridad Tango recorded our debut album here to a live audience. The entire team at Revolution is incredibly professional and easy to work with, the gear is out of this world, the acoustics perfect for string instruments.

We were also really happy with the accommodations that the studio made to make us comfortable. The super comfy lounges and eating areas made us feel at home, and we particularly appreciated the quiet and private space for young moms and kids. It's the little touches like this that go towards making such experiences truly accessible to women musicians, and as an all-woman band, we appreciate it.

Revolution is nothing short of a world-class recording studio with the staff and expertise to match. I just had two intensive days recording my jazz quartet - it was a logistically complex and detailed set up involving full isolation, multiple guest artists, and a 3-man camera crew. Kim and Stephen were extremely responsive by email in the days leading up to the session helping us confirm the many details that needed to be sorted out.

During the sessions Stephen and Luke (our engineers) were extremely knowledgeable and captured top notch sounds while expertly fielding whatever technical issues inevitably crop up during a recording session. We felt very well taken care of which allowed us to focus fully on the creative side and I'm very impressed with the audio that was recorded. Creighton was also a huge help and a very friendly and welcoming presence around the studio.

The space itself is gorgeous - we were in 'Studio A' and made full use of their main hall, and three isolation booths. The space is equipped with just about every piece of gear you could possibly want and looks very striking on camera, an ideal place for a video shoot.

Can't recommend Revolution highly enough, an incredible studio run by folks who are at the very top of their class in just about every respect!

Working with Revolution Recording on our animated TV show was an outstanding experience. The team, including Luke and Christine, were exceptional and brought a level of professionalism that greatly enhanced our sessions. Their skill and dedication resulted in a fantastic couple of days of recording and we are eagerly looking forward to our future sessions. Excellent response times when booking, very diligent covid protocols in place, friendly - Kim, Creyton ,and Luke made me feel at home to have a very productive and fun recording session on piano and vocals. I had to have several takes with one song and I asked Luke, "what take is this?" and he responded with a very calm "it doesn't matter" 🙂 which was the perfect answer to keep me relaxed and motivated to keep going. Very pleased with the resulting song files. Will be going back for sure! Highly recommend!

The Canadian Sinfonietta had a fabulous experience at Revolution Studios yesterday. The space is gorgeous with wood floors throughout, great acoustics, state of the art recording equipment (we used the largest of 3 studios but they were all modern and appealing). The studios has a fully equipped kitchen which was so helpful for our long day and even marble bathrooms! The attention to detail- fresh brewed coffee, water bottles, comfy sofas and everything set up and ready to go before we arrived made the orchestra feel welcome and pampered. The studio team (Stephen, Kohen and Sam) was efficient and professional and the snippets we heard of ourselves from the engineer booth instilled a great deal of confidence to continue recording. Revolution Studio made what was an intense and possibly stressful day easier and luxurious. Highly recommend!

I booked in a 3 hour recording session in Studio A with a grand piano for my father and he had a great experience. We both thought the sound engineer Christine was very professional, accommodating, and kind. She made my dad feel at ease (he'd never recorded before) and was very patient. Booking in with the owner Kim was easy and they were very responsive for any questions I had. Head engineer Stephen was also helpful on the day. There were nice seating areas to relax with coffee or tea while the recording happened or in breaks. We have listened back to all the audio files and they are great quality. Very professional studio, skilled staff, and my dad said he now wants to go back for even more sessions and would request Christine again! Grateful to the team at RR.
