Teacher Jack!!! How can we ever thank you?!
There are not enough words to say how grateful we are for all that you do for our son Jordan.
2months onto his piano lessons, our son wanted to quit.He didn’t tell us why.He just wants to.
(He said he was impatient and wanted to play more music)

We are glad our son gave it a few more sessions
and here we are! Already a year and a half in piano lessons and he’s loving every session of it.
He loooks forward and does not ever want to miss a session with teacher Jack!
You motivating him and encouraging him that he is capable of doing hard things is what helped him each step of the way

When you saw our son wanted to play more music other than what’s on his lesson book, you suggested we purchase the supplement series.
(Entirely up to us) and so We did!
3more music books actually.
That’s when we saw allllll of your teachings in our son’s interpretation of what’s in front of him
Reading and understanding the notes,legato stacato,slur etc.
I mean, if I am this child’s mentor this is my trophy!
Did it ever crossed our mind to just let youtube teach our son and save on fees by doing do
but there’s no way you can model discipline,professionalism and patience online

My son really wanted to learn how to play an electric guitar. We heard good things about resonate so decided to let him try a drop in before committing. He had Jack as a teacher. When they came out the first thing he said was “oh he forgot his glasses.” He can’t see far but he’s not blind. He can still see up close. I asked him what he can do to help motivate him and he just brushed us off, maybe because we were a drop in? Unfortunately my son came out this experience very upset because Jack spent the entire time talking about tuning a guitar and teaching him two notes he already knew. He felt like he learned nothing, and that he learned more off YouTube. We definitely won’t be back.

I heard a lots of good reviews about this place and wanting to register my daughter for piano lessons. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get my daughter register for lessons. I called last month (Nov 2023) for information to register upcoming 2023-2024 winter classes. I spoken with a lady, maybe the Receptionist, she took my contact information. Been waiting for a call back ever since. I followed up on Monday (Dec 11, 2023) once again was told an instructor will contact me. Never got anything back. I haven’t even registered yet and this experience has proven already how bad customer service is at this place. Probably will go elsewhere. Another place that respects people who are serious about wanting to learn piano.

My 6.5 year old son absolutely loves his paino lessons with Sam. He had no experience when he started but Sam made learning fun and my son now plays with confidence. Scheduling is super easy with the helpful front end staff & you can enjoy a tea or coffee beverage in the lobby while you wait during lessons. Membership or drop in lessons are convenient as well.

There was nobody at the front desk when I came in and had to wait 30 minutes. Did not keep me alert that my son's teacher was sick. And I had to come a long way from my house to get there. I do not recommend.
