Matthew Laydon has been our property manager with SOPM and he's been fantastic. Fast, efficient, and (most importantly) ACCURATE communications. He just handles things for us and we simply don't have to worry - which is great, because we live 4+ hours away on the coast! We purchased a Strata Unit iin 2016, but were unable to move in immediately. The property already had tenants, but we were living out of Province and needed a really good management company. South Okanagan Property Management came highly recommended. We were very impressed with Ashley and her team, they were Professional, Efficient and Thorough. They were able to provide contractors when we needed some light repairs, and their monthly reporting made us feel very comfortable.
