Oct 2019 to September 2020 We rented a home and the owner along with relator D Childs never gave proper notice to sell until we requested it via email previous to that request Mr Childs showed up unannounced during pandemic to inform us of the owners intent on several un announced visits. There were a total of 38 walk thru's from relators and buyers from Sept - Nov 2020 with 1 offer that was canceled. The relator Mr Childs did not place proper notice on entry of mandatory pandemic precautions as we had camera's up, there were very few relators that followed hand sanitizing or masking up. The relator is the representative for the owner and the experience was intimidating and crossed ethical boundaries during a pandemic where the real-estate board's own recommendations during a pandemic were not followed. In the end we were bought out of our lease and the whole experience left us disgusted and appalled by the relators actions towards tenants. In short the pressure was surmountable to leave from the get go and we were harassed at every turn!

These sales agent do not have a " full disclosure " policy. They will not divulge any serious issues with the house, cont, property, or neighborhood! They will even mislead you and lie to make a sale!
