We originally touched base with Dave in March 2023 and then again in late June. At that meeting we knew we wanted to list and the agent we wanted was Dave Pilger. On Monday he did the paperwork, began inputting info and pictures on Tuesday plus shared with his fellow agents at his office. Tuesday evening, the deal was basically done for more than we had thought we would get. Then we had to ask Dave to help us find a new condo in town. This was done within 10 days. All we can say is that he knows his stuff- neighbourhood knowledge, check; professionalism- check; negotiation skills-check; he checks all the boxes anyone could want with a realtor.

Dave has helped us both buy and sell our home, and both experiences were exceptional! Each time he helped break down the process into a way we could understand, and we felt totally comfortable trusting him to do his thing in negotiations. We felt that Dave really knows both the neighbourhoods and the market in GP. He was always available to answer questions when needed, and communication was always easy and quick. Dave is the real deal. We met Dave simply by giving him a shout inquiring on one of his listings. We ended up booking a showing with him and the house was beautiful. We were ready to put in an offer the next day. The incredible part about Dave was, instead of taking the easy sale he showed his true colors. He wanted to make sure it was the right one and talked us into many viewings around town displaying lots of hard work. Not once did he give us the impression that we were a hassle to him and he stayed in contact with us all hours of day. It payed off..he managed to get us into an even more suitable beautiful house after selling our old house in only a few days! He truly did show that he was more interested in getting his customers into the house of their dreams than just making the quick sale. Aside from this he also holds a large amount of knowledge in housing and market. He gives very honest opinions which to us is what buyers need. Dave was fantastic to deal with. Our house buying process took some time, as we wanted to really learn the area and make sure we were happy with where we chose to buy our house. Dave was always patient with the decisions we made, and was available nearly 24/7 for guidance, questions, and viewings. He was also very knowledgeable on the neighbourhoods we were interested in. Dave knew lots about the future planning of most neighbourhoods, and gave practical advice of what to expect for future re-sale value. We never had any issues asking questions about properties. When he didn't know something we inquired about, he always worked diligently to get the answers for us. He made sure whatever house we decided on, that we were making the right choice. He was relaxed, and a non-aggresive real-estate agent. I highly reccomend Dave Pilger for your next home buying adventure.
