This by far has been my childrens' favourite studio or programme to learn art. Renee's genius is that she coaches children, fostering their natural interest in art and teaching them new ways of pursuing what they are already interested in, rather than take a paint-by-number approach. She will also adapt her programming to your child's interest and schedule. I have recommended Renee to several other parents whose children and teens love art. All have become repeat customers.

Our team booked an art retreat with Renee for our summer social and it was perfect! The freedom to express ourselves through a variety of mediums was not only educational, but therapeutic. We visited with the horses and embraced what nature had to offer on the beautiful property! Not only was this a unique team building activity, it also provided us time to share vulnerabilities and stories through art. We highly recommend this for all teams and groups!

I sooo enjoyed this class! It is a wonderful way to present your personal recipes and to pass them on to be treasured by the next generation! Renee put forth her expertise and guided us through the process which lead me to the creative art side that I thought I didn’t have. It certainly was a new learning experience for me! We had an enjoyable relaxing evening full of creating, laughter and positive conversation. To top off the end of each session we enjoyed a cup of tea and a treat. Thank you for the experience Renee!

Renee's art studio is a special place where anyone can go to learn all about being mindful...about being in the moment. It's a safe place and one where "artistic ability" is not a necessity but the ability to be open minded, to free yourself of preconceived notions about art is helpful. Renee has provided a beautiful space out on her acreage where one can not only learn how to experience the joy of art journaling but can also take in incredible views from every window, feel and breathe the fresh country air and take part in fun conversations about art, music or whatever while drinking tea and nibbling on snacks including fresh made popcorn and the occasional baked goodie! Did I mention the horses peeking through the slats of the fencing right outside the windows? I'm guessing they'd love to be part of it all and they usually are as Renee loves to take clients out to the barn to meet them and the farm cats too!
