Ria and Arianna make a great team! We were long distance purchasers and they made it easy for us to buy a place in Victoria. When we were in negotiations, Ria was on vacation in Greece. Despite that, she participated in calls and emails well into the early hours of the morning for her. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns and if they didn’t know the answer they quickly got the information. We would certainly recommend them highly.

WOW! Words cannot express how incredible this team is. They really know how to work together and with their clients.
Buying a home as a millennial fist time buyer in this market is close to impossible. But Eli and his team are so knowledgeable and connected, they were there to coach us through the process where we needed it and help us make the best decisions that lead to our first home purchase (YAY!). We tried other real estate agents with no such luck. No one seemed to really care to work with us, get to know us or even pretend like they had time. What a world of difference made in our search once we contacted Eli and the Mavrikos team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
