As part of the not for profit Chemainus Valley Cultural Arts Association this gallery showcases a wonderful array of local artists working in a variety of mediums. From acrylic, oil and watercolour paintings to stunning photography, the fine art in this gallery is inspiring and accomplished. Pottery and woodwork, silver and glass pieces, fibre art and assemblage create a range of both decorative and functional 3 D items. Well worth the visit!

A wonderful collection of local artists from paintings to photography and glass blowing to pottery and so much more. The gallery is run by the CVCAS (Cowichan Valley Cultural and Arts Society) so the range of artists is diverse and unique. All the times in the gallery are available for purchase.

Absolutely one of the best selections of locally handmade items I have found in Chemainus. The quality is outstanding and this tiny shop stocks a very nice range of artisan produced goodies including fine art, exquisite jewellery, pottery, glassware, woodwork and much more. I'd say don't visit this shop if you want to leave with any of your hard earned money left in your pocket, but then you would be missing out on a very pleasurable experience. Even if you're just looking, this shop is good for the soul. I need more earrings like I need a hole in my head, but I came out with these. Who can resist wearing iridescent butterfly wings? (Enamel over brass, in case you are wondering) Exquisite workmanship.

Beautiful gallery in downtown Chemainus. The appealing interior allows the local artisan produced items to shine. Jewellery, pottery, soapstone, wood crafts, paintings are just a few of the treasures you'll find. Exhibits change regularly so there is always a reason to stop.
