We would absolutely recommend Quality Entertainment to anyone planning a wedding or event. We just had them DJ our entire wedding day and we’re extremely impressed, the DJs are clearly experts at their work.

In the planning leading up to the wedding they were always quick to respond to questions and provided us with helpful information. When it came to the actual wedding day, our DJ was fantastic and we were getting compliments on the music selection before the reception even started.

When it did come time for the reception, the music was so good that it was hard to take a break from the dance floor. We also added on the karaoke which was such a fun touch for our friends and family to jump in between dancing songs. I've never had so much fun dancing and thank Quality Entertainment for helping make our wedding a dream come true.

Quality entertainment provided a DJ and the photobooth for our 50th anniversary celebration. The DJ played the types of music we requested. Everyone had a lot of fun with the props at the photobooth.

We decided to hire Quality Entertainment for our wedding after we met with them at one of Ottawa Wedding shows. From day one, they did not disappoint. The coordinator, Brianna, was a charm to work with throughout the months leading to the wedding.

The Client Portal is great to work with and there is a big music selection.

On our wedding day, two things were very important for us: good food and great music to dance all night. Sam, our DJ, was awesome! From the ceremony music and timing of the recessional and processional orders to the end of the night he was perfect! Most people stayed on the dance floor all night! Thank you Sam!

We also got a Photo Booth with them. It was a great way for our guests to have fun and to keep memories of the night. Pictures were printed the night of, but a link was sent to us in the following days to access the digital photos that our guests took. This was a great addition to our night!

We had a really great experience with Quality Entertainment for our wedding. Throughout the planning process, it was super easy add our requests and wedding details through their portal. Communication was quick, efficient and they made sure to ask questions to clarify any information to make sure that they were meeting our wants and needs. As for the DJ, we cannot commend him more! He had a great selection of songs that got people dancing right away. Later in the evening we specifically requested a change in music to fit more of a rave vibe, since we both love edm, and he did not disappoint! He kept us and the guests guessing and we appreciated the rap and edm mashups which we asked for. Many guests made a point to tell us they had such a good time and could not stop dancing because the music was on point!

We had Quality Entertainment as our Wedding DJs. The experience was top notch all the way through. They were prompt into responding to all emails to get them booked. Their online portal was easy to use, allowing us to select music for all different parts of the day (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, etc.). They also made sure to confirm each of the little steps through the day. On the day of their DJ was professional, very easy to communicate and ready to troubleshoot through things like wind noise during the ceremony, and last minute song requests. Would absolutely recommend their team for any couples looking for a Wedding DJ, or for any party in the future!

Edited nov 2024 to add rude review response by owner. Others suggested they are paid to be preferred vendors, so their owner wrote unprofessionally to me about it ?

Had my wedding in September this year.
They were so unprofessional, the dj walked through our speeches and arrived next to head table in the elevator, all caught on video. The AV was supposed to be setup before ceremony, and the DJ couldn't figure out how to play our first dance music. So it was announced, and everyone watching as we stood there and he fumbled.. very embarassing.
The photobooth was horrible, they made my groom help setup day of, and they didn't know what they were doing. Blamed us for the location when venue said it's where they always go ?. They were a "preferred vendor" and had no idea of the room. The two attendants only spoke to each other, photos blurry, you have to change poses ridiculously fast, props underwhelming (think dollar store). They didn't give us the backdrop we chose in advance because of their poor planning. Asked for a refund of the photobooth after all this and they just stopped answering emails..
