I am absolutely fed up with the customer service at this location provided by Tessa. Initially, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, understanding that working for a mail courier service can be stressful. However, after several interactions, it’s become clear that her behavior is consistently unprofessional.

Every time I go to pick up a package, she is either rude, condescending, or completely off-putting. I’ve tried to brush it off, assuming that maybe she was having a bad day, but this has happened repeatedly. I’ve never had issues with any of the other employees at this location, so it’s clear that the problem lies specifically with her.

I’ve even spoken to friends who have had similar negative experiences with her. It’s disappointing to see this kind of attitude in a customer-facing role. I urge management to address her behavior—either by improving her customer service skills or finding someone better suited for the job. It’s a shame to have to dread visiting this place due to one person’s consistently poor attitude.

I have had a package sitting at the sort facility in the city I live for 4 days now. I called the 800 number and sat on hold for 45 minutes the agent say hello and I told them what was going on and the hung up the phone. My package is 2.5 km from me. I understand we have gotten alot of snow this last week but they still got the package to the warehouse on time. All they have to do is deliver it. The chat bot they have is useless and I can't spend 4 hours on the phone. I would take the city bus down there to pick it up myself but I'm in a wheelchair and can't jump on just any bus. I can't believe the horrible service

You guys are an absolute joke. Instead of saying that you are standing behind Canada Post and their ridiculous BS illegal strike, you put "weather delay" on packages. Now I won't receive my much needed for work items until I get back for days off in a month. This was ordered and in a local depot for over a week. No wonder I NEVER USE YOUR BS SERVICES BY CHOICE. Absolute JOKE

Tracking your parcel is useless. They mark it as weather related delay and give you no information on when or where it is. Then they won’t answer the phone so you can’t ask questions. Don’t use them. Use anyone else.

Terrible service! Package delayed multiple days in a row. I called customer service for an explanation as my business package was out for delivery for multiple days but never delivered. Customer service was no help and claimed they were “unsure” why this was happening. I ended up picking my package up at the purolator location and the box had damage.

Had a package to return. I didn’t have a label printed off as required. Staff the Purolator store in Medicine Hat, Ab very helpful and got my parcel returned without me having to drive all the way back home to print label. Thank you.

It’s not my first time experiencing this with Purolator but I think they need to understand we pay extra for deliveries for a reason. They ask us to come pick it up and leave a note at the entrance door of the apartment. The most stupid thing that they tell you, they were there to deliver and they didn’t see anyone, obviously because how can they expect people to wait on them at an entrance door of an apartment without any notice? I’m on the 3rd floor and nobody that has knocked my door and hasn’t been answered. I went anyways to their office to get my package and ended up coming back with my orders missing. They said one of the order was sent to Michaels but again when I asked Michaels they couldn’t find it there. They’re just making the customers do all their jobs, there’s no good communication between themselves.
Their communication is bad also because on my end it says the package has been “Delivered”, the place I ordered from it says it’s “Delivered” but when I checked it from Purolator office itself they said I’ve to receive it from Michaels but Michaels said they didn’t receive my package. Now 2 of my orders are missing and I tried tracking it through the place I ordered from but they couldn’t help either. I tried calling purolator but nobody takes the call. I’m having double thoughts to shop from any place that sends the parcel through Purolator at this point. Honestly even a single star is way big of a reward for the service we get!!!!
