Have purchased two replacement bulbs from ProjectorBulbs for my JVC projector over its 13 year lifespan, and they were delivered fast, and worked perfectly. I got the full lifetime and brightness out of each of the bulbs. Great experience, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with ProjectorBulbs.ca was terrible! We ordered a bulb that had an advertised life span of 5000 hours. It only lasted about 200 hours. The company agreed to replace the bulb for us but insisted that we pay for the new one and a refund would be processed once the old bulb was returned. We returned the old bulb, shipping it as per their instruction with an RMA#, to a USA facility. Tracking verified the old bulb had been received but upon follow up, no one from Projector Bulbs would return my calls or emails. I contact the BBB and they also failed to get a response. I wouldn't recommend this company.

They had the lamp in stock, I placed the order online, I was also pleasantly surprised that they offered a discounts for us!

I received our order in 2 days.

Be warned this is not a real business. The address is a UPS store. Once you pay you'll never see your money or a projector bulb ever again. There is a guy named Kevin Benton who'll sporadically email you a one liner. and does not return most emails. I purchased a bulb for $225 on June 6th. I never received a shipping notice, i sent 10 emails and got a one line reply twice saying "I'll check with the factory on Monday" only to never hear back again. The phone line is a fake, no one answers it. What a shame that places like this are allowed to exist. THIS IS NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS BUY BEWARE

I ordered a new lamp for a Sanyo projector, when I got the new product, it didn't fit my unit. I received a second lamp as a replacement and was promised a refund once the company had gotten my old lamp (1st lamp that didn't fit) in the mail. I checked the tracking number and learned it had been delivered but I had received no refund yet.

I was in contact with them and was told to email a different address with my order numbers and tracking number. I had sent numerous emails and called their number several times but no response.

I sent back my old lamp in September 2019 and now in February 20th of 2020 I still don't have any refund and/or contact instructions.

The ProjectorBulbs.ca team make it easy to order either original or OEM bulbs for the projectors that we own. Simply typing in the model number finds the product and it either ships from stock or is drop-shipped from the supplier. New bulbs are like receiving a new projector! The difference is striking. Highly recommend the team at ProjectorBulbs.ca.

This was my 3rd transaction in the last 3 years with Kevin; the first two experiences went well, however, this one was handled very poorly.

Two weeks went by with no bulb, no shipping information and no follow-up. After 3 days, I finally got a response that he would get the bulb that day, but we had to drive to his house to pick it up. It was left on his porch with my name on it.

I have no complaints with the product and I know mistakes can and do occur in business, but is it not business practice for the proprietor to go out of their way to do right by the customer? There was no offer to same-day deliver it, no apology and not even an offer for the proprietor to drop it off to save us the inconvenience of having to drive out to Burlington to retrieve it.

This review would have been 4 stars if a modicum of respect was shown to me, the customer. What a shame.

I ordered replacement bulbs for my projector from Projector Bulbs and they turned out to be of extremely good quality. I was earlier skeptical, but I went ahead with my gut feeling. And they did not disappoint me at all.
