Great, quick, and honest service. They were able to do a repair on a worn 5 pin cable by the next day and were very clear in their explanations and plans, and the repair worked great! Would absolutely recommend and will be back if ever necessary.

The situation surrounding my Samsung monitor is complicated, and unfortunately the issue wasn't able to be resolved here. Why still a 5-star review? Because the staff here did their best, were forthcoming about updates when I called to check in, and called it when they were unable to resolve the issue so Samsung could proceed with a replacement when trying to deal with Samsung myself has been a nightmare. I would remove a half star for having hours that are not terribly convenient for people who work Monday to Friday, but it's not a big enough thing to take off a full star for.

Two thumbs up for King and his coworker!!!
Our LG TV didn't work. We recently bought it and not even 6 months yet, it didn't turn on. I called LG and that's how I met King from Pro Television. He was so efficient and he fixed our TV so fast. King was also really helpful and will call promply for updates. Thanks King and Pro Television!

We took a 5year old LG TV in today because it displayed terrible static at the lodge. The young fellow hooked it up as we watched and the TV picture was perfect. The clerk patiently discussed all possible causes for the static. When he had finished he was kind enough to load the set into our vehicle. When we asked about the estimate, he replied "no charge"
We hardly see that kind of customer service any more. Thank you Pro Television.

Called Pro Television after frustrating sessions with LG Customer Service. King was able to come out of town and fix the glass in our stove the same day. He is very courteous and knowledgeable of appliances. Further, his work is quick and professional. I wish I had of started this warranty repair adventure with Pro Television instead of LG. I would certainly recommend them for appliance repair work.

Recently had a repair of an LG range- oven and stove suddenly not working. I was so impressed with King who was able to order in the correct parts from our telephone conversation and then diagnosed and fixed a couple of problems (travelling an hour out of the city). It was so nice to work with someone so knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect before leaving our home. Thank you!

Went there for a problem with my control board from appliances. Already did my diagnostic. The young man at the counter was great, and agreeable, gave me accurate information. Prices was high to me for labor. Little delay too. Ended up buying another appliances instead.
