these guys ripped me off,
Charged me 14 dollars to print 7 black and white papers, and refused to give me receipt i had to go back and get the receipt by demanding it again and again. And the lady also mentioned that she gave me a 2 dollar discount and said it was supposed to be 16 dollars, Very rude staff.. never coming back here again,

This review is overdue, however it was critical to post it. My cousin last minute needed some Punjabi wedding accessories for her makeup school that we wanted to rent instead of purchasing as part of her examination. We did explore around in the area and none of the vendors were as accommodating to our request as the staff and owner of this shop were. Everyone was very approachable and helped us so very much, not to mention, the items rented were at a very decent price. We also got a lot of compliments on their products. Overall, a very positive experience :))

Had an infant passport photo done here, the staff was so patient and informative l. They provided lots of tricks to make sure we got a photo that worked.

I would not even give it one star, if possible.
They had the worst customer service and care ever. We took more than an hour to pick a suit. Then, we ran out of $10 in cash and he threw the money on the counter and the suit across the room to the counter on the other side of the store. Extremely rude and no business manners. These types of people should get there business licenses cancelled. 😡😠

Sunny helped us convert many different forms of old media into DVDs (including VHS and technology from the 1970s!) His prices were fair and we received the DVDs when he promised we would. In addition, we took our evisa pictures at his shop and were very satisfied.

I would highly recommend Prince Video for all of your media needs.
