If I could give them zero stars, I would customer service was almost nonexistent. You had to fill out a whole bunch of their paperwork before they even gave you a quote which was drastically marked up and did not match the carriers website at all a great deal more money. Asked further advice for the fastest most economical service and all they did is quote the most expensive. The older lady I dealt with was not very educated on the service that they do and the best ways to ship. She wanted you to do all their paperwork and then charge the most expensive price they could. Went down the road and ended up shipping for a fraction of the cost. Beware of their markups and their lack of service. I will never step in the door again. They forget they’re in business and supposed to give customer service and support.

Purolator as we know has horrible service.
Terrible experience with both Purolator and the local PostNet.
I've had two packages shipped to this PostNet location via Purolator, and both times they were returned to sender. Why? Because PostNet refuses to notify customers when a package arrives. No call, no email, nothing. Just a quiet return to sender after a few days.

I stayed calm and tried to explain the issue, hoping they might reconsider their policy or at least make an exception for future deliveries. Instead, I was met with stubborn refusal and now they’ve told me they won’t do business with me at all.

All I asked for was a simple heads-up that a delivery had arrived. Their rigid policy and total lack of customer care are incredibly frustrating—and unfortunately, all too common these days.

Would not recommend using this location for any package delivery.

We had an urgent letter that we needed to send to Alberta to close the sale of a property. The counter staff said that it would make the Purolator truck that was parked there picking up other parcels. As I paid the truck drove away. The counter staff could have made it work with a brief word to the driver.
We did ship the fastest means possible. Still our “priority” envelope took 5 days from drop off to delivery. This obviously impacted parties involved in the sale, delaying move-in plans etc.

Never again 6 months ago shipped and bought a tube for the item. Lady failed to tape ends. Lost it but fedex recovered it. Today went in and sent two more items in tubes. Bought the tube s and asked them to tape the ends. They did but I asked for more tape. Got static from the young guy and the older tattooed woman jumped in and told me to buy my own tape. Had me fill in a form. They didn’t check it. Got a call from fedex tonight luckily and they said a bunch of info was missing. They helped me. So this shop has staffing attitude issues. Avoid the place.

I was recently in Kelowna from out of town and needed to get some pieces printed for work. I always prefer working with independently owned shops because I know it’s hard to compete with easy online printers like Vistaprint. As a designer with more than 15 yrs working with printers, I find it so much more productive to collaborate with a human when you’re looking for something specific. I was happy to learn that PostNet is an independent small business and they were very friendly over email and phone. I decided to pop in after I sent through my artwork (which was a 44 page catalogue) to see how we could make my specs work with the machines capabilities. Usually something like this would require offset printing and machine binding but in a pinch I was happy to make some adjustments. Liezl (the owner) and her team came up with lots of ideas on how to make it happen, we’re so keen on figuring out the most cost effective way to produce a small run and worked with me to test some ideas. I know they don’t get requests like this often, but the way they eagerly found creative solutions to make it not only work, but turn out beautifully, was above and beyond what I’m use to seeing in customer service these days. My experience here was outstanding, far beyond the actual printed piece itself. They worked on a very tight turnaround despite having to hand bind each book, were excellent communicators, were more affordable than the larger competition in the area, and every employee seemed happy to working there (a rare experience these days!). I highly recommend giving PostNet a chance to quote on work you’d perhaps overlook them for and check out all the other offerings they have (I saw lots of beautiful, high quality signage coming off the press while I was there!). I wish that I had access to a local business like this where I live and work, take advantage of it and support small business. West Kelowna is lucky to have more than just box box corporations, your business is so much more valued in shops like PostNet. Thank you Liezl for helping me create something beautiful for my client!

Devyn, you are a GEM. You don’t find kind service workers like him out there nowadays! I had a very chaotic and stressful situation, came in right before close, and Devyn helped me through it with ease and kindness, and went above and beyond for me. Give this guy a raise!!!

Phenomenal!! Good service, good product, good price!
All of the staff are super friendly but Dave is the best hands down. He's super patient and great at his job! The design work he did on my business cards and brochure (Meet Your Match Agency) is better than I imagined. I would recommend this company all day long.
