Definitely one of my favorite filament companies just on customer service alone, but the quality, availability, spool size variety, and ease of order is incredible. I absolutely love this company and highly recommend them to everyone, but I love ordering my filament then picking it up and getting to say hello to the kind souls who work in this magical place. The best thing you get is the smile and warm reception when you arrive here... I love this place.

I had a good filament, but I live in MI, and seen that this company was also in Michigan. So I looked into the way they made their filament, and decided I'd try it out. I mean, if I can support a small company here in Michigan, I'll do it. That filament was just as good, if not better then the filament I had been using. Polar is now my go to filament. I love it!!!

Ordered online and in an hour I picked up right at Polar Filament. I had used their PLA stuff and it was good, so wanted to try their PETG. Ran a few test prints and I am very pleased. This is premium filament, in the USA, at a budget-level price.

Just finished my first print with the filament from Polar. I am very happy with the outcome. No issues what so ever printing. I used my CR-10 V3 with a .06 nozzle. Price point is great and supporting a local company makes it all better.

Also got a quick little tour of the office. Lots of cool stuff in there. Looking forward to more colors! I will definitely return for more filament soon!
