Although there was a small hiccup that required them to return the next day, they handled it professionally and stuck to the quoted price. Christian came and fixed our sump pump outlet. We had gotten 3 quotes and he was the most reasonable among the 3. He came right on time as per appointment. He was very polite professional and did a great job. We definitely recommend him to anyone needing to do any electrical work.

I’m not a person who usually leave reviews but I want to share my experience with Point B. I found them as one of recommended by Google. Back story, our newly built basement was in not good situation with the electrical, the previous contractor left it with the switch on the bedroom connected to the plugs in that room. They had many excuses and said they will need to ripped a big part on our drywall and will cost us alot, then left it as is. I just give a shot and send Point B a message and told them the situation, they were the only one who were promptly to respond and willing to help us figure it out. They were very thorough, found that the stairs light are connected to the storage closet and walkin closet. They left it done as what expected and more on that short period time and literally left with almost no damage to our drywall. Thank you Christian for taking our inquiry and for Tasha and the apprentice that is with her, who were very nice and with their superb skill on solving the issue with our basement.

We got service by Christian from Point B Electrical Services to replace our kitchen light. Christian and Apprentice Electrician were very pleasant to work with and fast. The job was done in half an hour. And he charged us 1/2 an hour not like the companies out there, work for 20 min. still charging for 1hour plus surcharge fee. PB Electrical team is very efficient. They did my ev charger at my home last wk and it's working very well. The inspector came in a few days after and said that it's been installed properly.
