I pre-paid a 20k marketing program and literally received 1 lead.. when I spoke with the team they gave me a lot of video game numbers involving impressions and reach. Bottom line is they didn't deliver any real results. I had to hire a real marketing company that puts 15 to 20 perspectives in front of me per month. Obviously I had to terminate the relationship as they provided no real perspectives.... I asked for my money back an absolutely no one is willing to help. I guess with an out of country company they don't have to refund a USA Client. Do not work with these people they are a rip off. That's why Lumenis moved on from them.

We absolutely love the website you designed for us! We couldn't have dreamed it up any better. We really enjoyed the process of having it designed, with lots of support and involvement, from multiple experts at POD, every step along the way. We have been trying for a month to get our domain out of this company's management. We have sent 4 emails, left a multitude of voicemails at their both of their customer service numbers as well as employee direct lines. There has been zero follow up or acknowledgement of our requests, however monthly billing still gets charged. Sadly we are having to resort to public facing means in order to get our website control back. Proceed with caution if considering their services.

From what I understand, all of their staff are super friendly and helpful to all clients and do everything to the best of their abilities to help.

The way they also treat their staff is something I haven't seen or heard about from anywhere else.
