I went to this facility with a family member to support her child’s birthday and PlayDay Cafe is not cleaned properly. Making parents pay just to enter when I child is of age to go through obstacles alone is ridiculous. it’s overall a place that needs to be shut down for a thorough cleaning that will include the carpet and chairs as well. The amount of money you spend here you she definitely be able to at least sit in a clean chair. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I recently got membership of Children's Play day cafe and was unfortunately disappointed with the experience. While the play area and facilities were enjoyable for the children, the behavior of the staff was notably unprofessional and rude.

The moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk greeted us with a cold attitude and seemed annoyed by simple questions about the facilities. And instead of answering questions she said let me take other people.

The same lady asking us to leave the place or buy socks from them because we were not wearing socks while she was wearing shoes in the play area and came to us and her attitude was the worst. Although it's our 4th visit and we were never informed by them when we were not wearing socks in the last visit. I agreed with the socks policy thing. But she should have some manners to talk and also she herself wearing shoes in the play area. Doesn't make sense to me.

It's a shame that the staff's attitude overshadowed what could have been a pleasant outing. Customer service is crucial, especially in a place designed for children and families. I hope the management addresses these issues and ensures better training for their employees in the future.

Highly disappointed. Never recommend anybody to take their kids.

Unfortunately, I'm having a similar challenge that others have posted a review about as well: cancelling my membership. When I enrolled, we did so at the register. I wasn't given any written information, nor did I receive an email with anything about cancellation policies.

On my last visit there in June of this year (2024) I said I wanted to cancel my membership. The staff behind the register stated that I had to email the address on the website. There is no email address on the website! The only one I found was obscurely tucked away in their webstore, so I emailed that address several times. I never received any indication it was an incorrect department or email address, which makes me believe that it's in active use. I also called and left messages for management. I hadn't heard back from them, and I didn't see charges come through, so I believed it was handled.

Cut to last week when I'm getting notifications that there is an attempt from them for charges on my card. I reached out several times by email and phone and it took them almost a week to get back to me by email, and only after I threatened to dispute charges.

The email took ZERO responsibility for their team offering incorrect information. No apologies for the confusion about which email to send it to. No acknowledgement for the improper training of their staff as to which information to share. They shifted the blame entirely on me. I filed the charge dispute today and am just waiting for them to be reversed at this point.

To be clear. This is 100% a management failure. You can tell the staff is just doing the best they can, but there never seems to be any support for them.

On top of the billing issues, the facilities are deteriorating and the pricing is exorbitant. For a business that's struggling, their customer service should be WAY better. There are better options locally.

The place is great and kinda worth the money but I don't like how everybody needs payed for evem infants. So if you are going with 2 parents 1 kid and a new born that's 4 people you need to pay for. If it wasn't for that I would give 4 or 5 stars

It’s somewhat embarrassing I’m giving 2 stars because I am a returning customer. The two stars mainly have to do with their daily admission price which is almost offensive (getting a membership is really worth it and pays for itself) but mainly the staff.

This was never an issue until recently but the older kids are out of control and their parents are no where to be seen. I want to start by saying this: I understand it is not the staffs job to parent children. But they should be walking around at least once in a blue moon and enforcing rules to keep kids safe. Last time I went, around 10 older kids were tumbling down the climbing entrances to the big slide and knocked my toddler down and he fell down all the way to the floor. We told a staff member and they said “thanks for letting us know” and did nothing. The older kids continued to be dangerous and when we went to let the staff know again, she saw us coming and said “what is it now”. We told her we saw no one say anything to the kids so she said she’ll send a manager over. We watched the manager walk up to the kids, say “you can’t do that” and literally walked away and nothing happened. 5 families with toddlers walked out when we saw her do that.

There’s a difference between some rough play and being flat out dangerous. The staff acted as if we were being “annoying” but tots for the safety of children. They are in the business of kids and they should care a lot more about the well-being of the other kids safety as well. It’s shocking.

Again, I am a returning customer because my kid truly loves it there and there’s almost no other options. This place could be incredible and I really hope the owners view these reviews and want to make a difference.

This place of business is extremely dishonest. They took our credit card and said it was only charging for 3 months. Six months later they are still charging us. I sent a request to cancel, play day cafe has not acknowledged my request to cancel, nor do they even answer the phone. I tried calling maybe 50 times, no answer.

The kids love it! Only complaint is the food. Very expensive and the 2 times I have ordered from there it is old and cold. Coffee was decent. Eat before and you should be good to go!

All I can highly suggest to the management of this place is to find a new business model. Charging parents to watch their kids play, charging for infants that literally aren’t doing anything… these are just poor choices. The place should be SPOTLESS and immaculately maintained for these prices. It is not. The best word to describe it is kind of “icky”. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my kid had fun. But we will never return until this model. And I know more than a handful of people who have also said they are one and done after discussing my gripes. I wish we had read reviews first. If they changed their model and cleaned a little, maybe we will return.
