The food was good, as expected. Our service was completely outrageously awesome, though, which was quite unexpected. Although she has multiple other tables, our server, Autym, was amazing and made us feel like the most important table in the place. Bravo to her. We will be back, if nothing more than to experience that outstanding service again!

I took my son here as a surprise and we went in the evening around 5:30 pm. First off, they have a sign please wait to be seated. No one even came to seat us until almost 25 minutes. Then the waitresses told us to seat ourselves. The restaurant wasn't even that busy, less than half full. Second, the tables were dirty, & menus were dirty. Dishes were cleared off but the tables weren't wiped off. Crumbs everywhere, I had to ask the waitress to wipe the table. 3rd, Pizza wasn't made right & what even irks me more is there there was cheese missing on every slice in the middle. About 4 inches on every slice, not to mention that we asked for extra cheese! Less than regular cheese! Son's pizza wasn't made properly either, just way too much sauce. They let the phones keep ringing forever too. The only thing good here was the breadsticks. Shame because I was here months ago and it was great that time. Won't be back.

I was so happy to find a Pizza Hut that still has indoor seating...it was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my pepperoni lovers pizza. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have the buffet bar with great salad and a variety of pizza's with various toppings, but I was told that is due to the COVID-19 situation. They said that the buffet may be back in a few months if the pandemic lightens up. They still have a big screen TV and plenty of seating. Masks are optional. Good food and service come with the experience. There is ample parking and they also do takeout and deliveries.

I was VERY disappointed today after driving all the way to this location in construction traffic, they would not serve me. They claim that they had no "wait" staff.

Well this is the next to last chance that I'll give Pizza Hut. I went back in today and was told that they had no wait staff again. I told them that they are quite obviously trying to go out of business. Why can't a customer order a pizza ? and a beverage and sit inside the air conditioned store and eat it at a table. I will only give Pizza Hut one more chance after this. It's a shame that Pizza ? Hut ? will soon be losing their last dine in restaurant because of lazy/lack of employees.

Well I called ahead and made sure it was open this time, it was and I had a good experience today. I ordered the "Edge" Pizza and it was Delicious . But, at shift change, I saw customers getting turned away because the afternoon shift didn't show up It's a sad situation that so many people do not want to work anymore. It's sad for this Pizza ? Hut ? also. A lot of customers left angry and I don't blame them at all.

It would be extremely helpful to let customers know that the dine in option isn’t available before they get there not by a paper sign. We were searching for a Pizza Hut with dine in options and all the local ones indicated otherwise except this one. Drove 15mins just for signs to be posted about no dine in option. In addition to that, I called before hand and the phone was answered but I was left on hold. Please attempt to be a bit more professional in the future.

Pizza Hut is my all time favorite pizza restaurant. I’ve had many birthday celebrations when i was a kid at other locations. This current experience on 10/19/2024 at 01:18pm was a complete nightmare. For starters, there are no hand menus available. As i was placing my order, we’ve decided to dine in and asked Anthony if we could dine in and he said yes. After placing my order, some caucasian woman was assisting another caucasian man all while I’m standing there trying to purchase our drinks from the cooler. I was standing there for like six minutes, all while the woman saw me and ignored me. I had to ask if i could be checked out for the drinks. My friend asked the same woman before she gave us our food if she could clean one of the booths and she said yes. So when the food arrived, my friend asked if she could clean the table again, and she asked with a snotty attitude: “did you order carry out or dine in?” We said carry out but we want to dine in. She said that we couldn’t because we didn’t get the service. They were going back and forth until i asked what was the difference because we tipped already? She was raising her voice so i raised mine to match hers. She ultimately said that she’s not going to clean the table, so i proceeded to clean the table myself. She then cursed at me saying:”get your ass from back here!” I was placing the plates and trays behind the counter on the table. This type of behavior is not acceptable to any customer. Especially a tipping customer. Very unprofessional.

The pizza was pretty good but the service was kind of slow and the inside when we went to pick the pizza up was a little messy. Decent size parking lot and wasn't to busy when we got there so there was plenty of spots. Always love me some good pizza but nothing really stood out here.

I love this place the staff is always friendly, helpful and respectful. They let you know what the special of the day are the pla is always clean and the pizza is amazing (thin and crispy meat lovers) is we what we alway order on top of wings or bread/cheeses bread. Communities
