Really great prices. I don't live in Richmond hill. I ordered online and the service was great. They shipped everything by mail and I received everything intact. It was a very short turnaround time too. I got my package within a week. Well packaged too I might add. I would recommend going here again.

Daniel was polite and professional. He was "out of stock" on the green screen kits and they didn't come in by the time I needed them, but delays in shipping aren't his fault. He texted me as soon as they came in and we went out to Beaver Creek Rd. that evening. He opened up the boxed kit for me and allowed me to look at and feel all the equipment. Naturally I purchased the kit. What a great deal! When I got it home, I found the lights were easier to set up than other kits I've worked with that were 3x the price! The bulbs were exactly the same as the ones sold at Henry's for $70 each! My only complaint is with the muslin material of the green screen. It was a little too lightweight and I found did not hang nicely. Also I had to iron out the multiple folds. I prefer the "blanket-type" green screen which has no wrinkles and absorbs the light perfectly with no shadows or reflections. But I give this kit and my experience with Daniel five stars: excellent value for $$ spent!

Customer service is key to these businesses and these guys are way better than corporate stores and their staff with lack of knowledge. Give them a call or visit.

Daniel was very pleasant, and awesome! There was a minor mix up when we came to pick up the lights we ordered, but Daniel was friendly and handled it well. The lights we bought are of great quality, and were a great deal! We would definitely recommend! Look no further!

Great product & amazing service! I found Photo Video Studio's ad online @ Kijiji. When I called I dealt with Daniel who told me they had the product in stock. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly young man - Daniel. He showed me how to assemble it and look after it properly. It’s easy to leave good, positive reviews when everything goes according to plan, but when things don’t go according to plan, that’s the true test of your character. I purchased a green muslin and light kit which included three lights, tripods, diffusers, muslin backdrop with crossbar and supporting tripods. One of the diffuser panels had a seam which was coming apart in one corner. When I mentioned it over email, they immediately offered to replace it with a new one no questions asked - and that is what customer service is about.
