We purchased patio doors from this company as part of our house construction. When the latch on one of the doors broke, we reported the issue. This was in the spring - around May. The staff only work until noon hour and never on Fridays so good luck trying to reach someone. They don’t return calls. They don’t follow up on promises. After I finally had a service call, they came back but fixed the wrong problem. Then they ordered the wrong part for the right problem. Four months later and I’m still waiting for the door to be fixed. And I haven’t had a follow-up call in weeks despite leaving messages. Worst customer service EVER!

Very impressed with excellent public relations. I made and picked up an order curbside but realized once using the materials that an error was made and I had been short shipped. I contacted them advising of the shortage eventhough having paid for the requested order. No problem the issue was corrected. I highly recommend this firm and their excellent service.

Great people at the counter and outside. They load your vehicle and are respectful if you ask to pick your own lumber. Great all round place to buy and either on par or not much more than HD, and it saves the drive to Carleton Place.

First i wish to Thank Rebekah and Liam and the other lady up front .
They went out of their way to help this 70. Yr old lady do her first modular home in Perth
The town Home Hardware is very poorly managed and so I was told by contractors to go to PErth Planning Mill. Wow they were wonderful , compared to the attentive and kind help I received here
They were quick to get the supplies to my home and great price and service .
But they Close on Wknds. That was sad .. I wish they had of stayed open even from 8 —1200
But great store. Thanks you. More work yet .shall definitely use this store now .Gail Fraser
