Pacific Quorum on Vancouver Island has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. As an equipment contractor for laundry, I can say that they respond quickly, are very professional and efficient through out all of our dealings. Thank you for caring about your buildings, tenants and strata's.

We own a condo that is managed under Pacific Quorum and have not had a pleasant experience so far.

We’re currently going into night two with no water due to a water leak. There has been zero communication from the company, we have called them each time for updates. We had to leave as we have a ten month old baby, and water is a necessity. Day 1: they claimed there was nobody to fix it. Day 2: they claimed the man that came had the wrong part, and he will try again tomorrow. So here we are waiting to return to our own home while spending a bunch of unnecessary money and time away from our home. There is zero urgency on their part to restore water… which is necessary.

Otherwise they have neglected our building which is covered in graffiti, the garbage area is constantly a disaster, and more.

Been here for 2months mow. The
Area was pretty sketchy. I experienced a couple of stolen package and worse is someone was trying to get in to our place. I reported it to the management (Kristyn) but unfortunately no action or any acknowledgement. Planning to move out soon!

I have rented from Pacific quaroum for over a year.The management team has always been attentive and caring for the peoples needs .Quick to respond when a problem arises and have it taken care of.I have never seen a company go so out of there way to help people feel at home and safe. If you are looking for a great company to rent your home from this is it.

In 14+ years of owning condos across western Canada, I have never encountered such terrible property management. The staff are rude, belligerent, unorganized, and refuse to be accountable. I was shocked by the language and manner in which members of our board were talked to. In addition, the manager representing our strata authorized an insurance claim, even though it is stated in our bylaws that such incidents are the fiscal responsibility of the owner.

Our year with Bayview was an absolute nightmare. You are better off without representation than you are working with Bayview.

The strata manager is very skilled at manipulation, avoidance, denial....all the skills which are the hallmark of a con man. But he is not a man; men have integrity.

Bayview manages our Sectional strata which is a combination of patio style homes and an apartment building. I’ve found our assigned property manager Erika to be excellent and especially appreciate her proactive response to COVID challenges. It is very convenient having an office in Courtenay to host council meetings, with zoom quickly offered when face to face wasn’t feasible. We are well prepared for our upcoming AGM ‘S( corporate and each section hold general meetings) using Bayview‘s Zoom account and the three very well done meeting packages with restricted proxy. Bayview helped us develop Multi year maintenance schedules which facilitated budgeting. I have found Bayview is very well connected with service and insurance providers, understands the strata act, and sectional Stratas and multi unit residential buildings. The staff is excellent at pursuing answers, getting quotes arranging services (and with COVID reschedule services as necessary) . I have always found the office staff to be pleasant, the location convenient and the meeting room well equipped.
