Ottawa Special Events is one of the best managed companies that I know of. They always exceed expectations for anything to do with event rentals including preparation, supplies, audio-visual, glow columns, tech and anything else required to always make eSAX events successful. I have never seen an organization value their staff so much, and it shows in everything they do. Every person working at Ottawa Special Events takes ownership of their task(s) to make sure the client is always happy. Above & Beyond 5 Star Services for Glow Fair. As an event company our-self specializing in silent discos, we work with hundreds of companies worldwide. We had the pleasure of working with Ottawa Special Events for the production / logistics to put on a massive two night Silent Disco party selling out of 1,400 people. This is an event that has many moving parts with several activations hourly. To pull this off successful means they could do any size event.

We were most impressed with their work ethic and how each staff member not only took their task to the upmost importance, but it was clear they cared about taking responsibility for the entire event.

The quality of service is amazing, they are not a company who will "nickle and dime" you, and you can rest at night knowing that they'll take your event as serious as you do.

Ottawa special events has great service, understanding and communication skills. They had all the equipment we needed to present a beautiful presentation. There terms are really easy to work with understanding that most events last the weekend. Their pricing packages are made to suit that. No nickel and diming for full days rentals for Friday Saturday Sunday when they know the equipment is getting used Saturday night. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat. Equipment is in great working order and there service staff are friendly and go out of their way to get your equipment and get you on your way.

To be perfectly honest, I don't even bother getting quotes from other providers for my event needs anymore. Ottawa Special Events is always the best price, always has what I need and hands-down has the best service!

I have worked with Mike and Peter and the team for numerous events through my work, volunteer work and even for my own wedding! They are professional, affordable, have great ideas and solutions when needed and reliable.

I would (and do) recommend them to anyone planning an event that requires A/V or other logistical needs. Ottawa Special Events rocks!

I had the pleasure of working with Ottawa Special Events for a recent corporate event. Their service blew me away. Mike made it his personal mission to make sure that everything ran smoothly, and the delivery guys were so helpful and easy to work with. When we realized that we needed an extra tablecloth, Ottawa Special Events came to our rescue and rushed another one over as quick as possible.

I would recommend Ottawa Special Events to anybody that wants a stress-free experience from Ottawa's best!
