Ooros is a great place to get started with building your personal and professional character. They help you build sales skills and show you how to build true relationships with clients and customers. As you progress there is a lot to learn in terms of leadership skills and life skills as well. Don't get me wrong, it's not for everyone, some people want to be compensated for their time and others are looking to be compensated for their skills, mindset and capabilities, this is the latter. Apart from that, it's a great team culture where everyone around you wants you to grow and excel which is not common in corporate sector. I personally have grown a lot because of the great leaders around me.

Good place to learn basic sales skills & how to speak to people. Not ideal to pursue long term. Pay discrepancies, toxic culture, labour code violations that do not line up with your contractor position, no benefits. It’s like starting a new game and getting thrown on nightmare mode after the tutorial. The company is not what it was when I started almost 6 months ago, less so than the reviews left 1 year or more. Definitely takes a certain breed to excel here.

Misleading and doesn’t pay you for training like they say unless you pass. You give them 2 days worth of
your time for the training.
