Josh and the team at OnHive were a pleasure to work with through the entire process of getting our security cameras set up. We worked with OnHive to set up a package of 4 cameras focusing on protecting the outside of our unit as well as the inside of our unit, the key focus being our indoor soccer field.

Val came on time this morning at 9 AM, and I expected him to possibly be there a couple of hours because I have to get three television sets looked at by him. One of them I needed to get a Rogers box put in. Which he did with no problem. Then we had to get the synchronization of the screens and the boxes that I already had to make them work. He was incredibly diligent, and would not give up. Even though we had some difficulty. He took me through everything. And made things clear for me to understand.
His knowledge is clear and he is able to be with the information required in order to understand which I don’t easily what he did is he did one hell of a job and I would highly recommend him to anybody I said to him as he Left. Val, you’re the best.

Wow, how do I describe the most fantastic experience surrounding our TV being mounted to our Tiled Wall? Incredible!! Furthermore, they were courteous, intelligent, responsive to our inquiries, dedicated to perfection. One problem did occur - the Framer placed the Plywood too low behind the Tile. No problem, Val explained, "I will solve this dilemma." Sure enough Val did - and he did it with ease. The final product was perfect - I mean absolutely perfect. Thanks also go to 'OnHive' for hiring two amazing technicians. I whole-heartedly recommend 'OnHive' and these team of professionals.

Thanks dream team for installing our frame TVs and security system! We had a tricky installation for our 65in frame TV as the previous home owner installed a stone wall to cover up an old brick fireplace.

The biggest challenge was to fish the wires behind this stone wall without the brick wall interfering it. But, they did it!

The team assessed the situation and came up with different scenarios/options to tackle it without giving up. All decisions and risks were asked for alignment prior to. So glad they persisted, as i’m not sure if any other vendors will take the time do so!
