It seems since Covid more and more people are out for themselves and businesses seem to follow suit.

I found something different today. I talked to a gentleman a couple of weeks ago on FaceBook and he mentioned he never had used tires which I was looking for but had a great price on new. This sounded like a sales pitch but what the heck let's call and see.

I talked to Derick he was the gentleman that messaged me and my wife on FaceBook and we discussed my needs in tires. Derick had some Michelin's in stock that fit my needs perfectly, but for how much, were they cheap like he mentioned? The price I was given was unbelievable. No other stores could come close to matching this price.

We all know the saying if the price is unbelievable then there has to be a catch. So I dug a little deeper trying to find out why they were as cheap as they were. I even had them look up the manufacture date to see if they were really old tires. These tires were in the shop for a bit over a year only, so very safe to use as tires should be replaced in 7 years and with Michelin's 10.

I went to their shop today (June 20th, 2024). What I wanted to do is have my rims and tires separated so I could paint the rims before installing the new tires. I asked Derick if I should pay for the tires today or Monday when I come back. Derick gave full trust in me and said either way works for them. Wow I could have walked away and not returned and got my tires and rims separated without paying.

I am not the type of person that burns his bridges. I am the type of person that will tell the world when I see a person/company that still gives trust to people which somewhere a lot of us have lost. Even I had to check into the reviews on this company, this brings me to one last point.

When I read comments, I also like to know how the owners respond to the comments. I really dislike canned answers we all know what they look like. Cold copy and paste answers. I've read all of the reviews and I must say: Way to go on responding as a human being!

The Incredible service I just received from this place was amazing. The staff and management were able to get my tire changed fixed and have me back on the road in minutes. Something the other 2 places in town including my vehicles own dealership was unable to do. I will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend this place. My advice to others who end up stuck on the road beside shellbrook and who experience the lack of tow trucks within the proximity, is to save ur time and money and just call them first. You won’t be disappointed

I came in to the shop with a bad wheel rumble.. Expecting to pay a lot I was not looking forward to the diagnosis. But much to my surprise it turned out to be too much mud inside my wheel. All it cost me was a few loonies to was the mix out of the wheel. I am glad the owner is honest ... Give him your business if you are in the area. Thanks again.

They know how to tighten the wheels properly not hammering it with the impact and stretching the stud. Not many tire shops know or care about it. Great job you guys.

The car wash floor is covered in mud even first thing in the morning, spot free rinse is basically hard water. My truck looks worse after washing it
