and as it turns out,
Had Been Mostly Paid by the Customer Before The Leign Was Initiated...

So it appears a Corporate did not, or does not have, a talent for simply accounting with accuracy and expertise so as to manage a Compliant Funding/Payables process and Can Act Against a customer
BeforeActually Doing the Right Thing by Questioning Their own Responsibilities First,Double Checking For Error and Omissions, before a Decision is made to take a Customer's life and turn a great experince, into a regretful event, never to be forgotten..

Such a sad way to do business...

So,
Anyone looking for contractors,

Make sure the account and
Payables are absolutely defined in writing, crystal clear to all parties, or else a Contractor can and Do abuse their right to Leign assests, even if they are in the wrong...

This Type of Irresponsible Actions Happened at a Time When The Customer was already Battling for Life,

Because of this, was forced into another Battle against an Irresponsible Act of Accountong, and that of a Contractor's Underachievements...
